Club Coaching
Club Coaching systemises synergy, accelerates impact, and amplifies leadership growth across your team.
The Opportunity
Executive and Team Coaching is a well-established, growing industry. In the US, this £10 billion business is growing at approximately 10% CAGR. The European coaching market is also expanding rapidly as senior leaders seek to reinforce resilience and deliver sustainable results.
But what if coaching could be more effective and more impactful? What if a multiplier effect could deliver enhanced performance uplift, generating synergies across multiple leaders simultaneously?
The Problem with Traditional Coaching
Traditional executive coaching operates like seeing a psychologist — kept quiet, not discussed. Often details on the coaching approach and measurement of impact are opaque due to the 'secretive' nature of the programme. Most of what occurs is 'behind a curtain' and disconnected from the operational context and the leader's team.
Whilst this approach produces results — greater results are possible.

The Club Coaching Process
The CLUB is established (usually 3–4 leaders on the same leadership team or development programme) to operate for a concise period — typically 6–8 months. This timebound programme focuses on embedding impact and establishing self-sufficiency rather than a drawn-out coaching relationship.
Club Coaching is concise, measurable, and memorable.
The Club Coaching Rhythm
Club Commencement
Initial meeting to introduce the programme, share objectives, align on collective goals, operating rhythm (e.g. monthly × 6 months) and framework (e.g. IAM: Identity, Authority, Mindset — or bespoke).
Club Coaching Days 1–3
Private 1:1 coaching sessions conducted on the same day (120 min per individual). Same-day scheduling creates club synergy and establishes the coaching rhythm. Encourages unscheduled check-ins between club members. Repeated for 3 months.
Club Check-In
In-person or virtual connect to share appropriate experience, compare notes, agree adjustments. Coach provides agreed anonymised data points to programme sponsor.
Club Coaching Days 4–6
Complete sessions 4–6 (120 min per executive on same day), maintaining rhythm and synergy established earlier.
Club 'Conclusion'
Whilst the formal programme concludes, club membership may continue. The bond formed through the collective experience establishes connectedness, support, and healthy challenge. Club may choose a formal self-led periodic check-in.
Club Compounding
These clubs create curiosity and organic FOMO within a team, building a pull rather than push approach to leadership growth — and naturally inspiring new clubs to form.
